You are donating to : Just $1 Can Save a Child from Malaria
In Mali Africa, malaria is a large problem that takes lives everyday.
Medical facilities in Mali are very limited, and medicines are in short supply. Malaria and other mosquito-borne diseases are prevalent in Mali, as are a number of infectious diseases. Mali’s population also suffers from a low rate of immunization due to high poverty which puts children and their families at a much higher risk of falling victim to infectious disease.
Your donations will help fund Opening Doors Worldwide’s efforts to lower child fatality rates due to Malaria and other life-threatening diseases. Each donation goes to pay for the cost of the medicine and transportation to the Medical Clinic located in Ngomi (pronounced “know-me”).
Every child is precious. You can make a difference. Young children die every year in Ngomi from malaria, yet the treatment costs are under a dollar. Your $1.00 contribution can save the life a of a child.
